“We weren’t expecting that and had started making plans to purchase them once the house was complete. When I saw they added them, I was like—Yes! We are going to get appliances! I didn’t know. I’m thankful for the appliances,” Mariana said.
Excited About Lake Placid Living
The Carrions are excited to settle into life in Lake Placid. Their plans include visiting Wet Dog’s Brewery with their dog Oliver, attending classic car shows during the Caladium Festival, exploring local shops in Journal Plaza, and taking scenic drives to the Tropical Winery in Damaso’s Chevy Nova.
For them, Lake Placid isn’t just a location—it’s a lifestyle centered around family, togetherness, and shared experiences. While the home will initially serve as a vacation getaway, it’s intended to become their full-time retirement home in the future.
